Lightweight 36V battery long-reach hedge trimmer for cutting taller hedges and shrubs in your home garden. Double-sided cutter blade in a droplet shape, variably adjusted blade angle from -45° to +90°, detachable shaft for easy transport. Carrying length: 115 cm. Total length: 210 cm.

 

The lightweight STIHL HLA 56 battery long-reach hedge trimmer is ideal for cutting taller hedges, shrubs and groand cover in your home garden and other noise-sensitive environments. The STIHL HLA 56 uses lithium-ion batteries from the STIHL AK-System.

With its ergonomically optimised control handle, you have all the controls at your fingertips. The loop handle also supports handling of the STIHL HLA 56 battery long-reach hedge trimmer, even in confined spaces. The single-sided blades in a teardrop shape for holding twigs in the cutting blade enable high cutting performance. With tool-free blade angle adjustment, you can easily adjust the blade angles through 135°, from -45° to +90°, for cuts overhead and to the side. The screw-on tip protector protects the cutting attachment during work close to the ground.

Thanks to the detachable shaft, you can shorten the overall length from 210 cm to 115 cm,  making the long-reach hedge trimmer easy to transport and compact to store on a wall bracket.

The HLA 56 battery long-reach hedge trimmer has a bar length of 45 cm.

With the HLA Extension Shaft (Accessory Sold Seperately) you can extend your reach by an additional 50cm.

    EASY STARTING. To start the power tool, all you need to do is release the lock using the locking switch. The power tool can then be started using the trigger. The additional ERGO lever enables continuous work without having to restart. The self-resetting locking switch prevents accidental activation of the power tool. Operation is suitable for both left-handed and right-handed users.
